This interactive, training workshop, helps to provide a whole package of solutions to mental health management, and covers a range of supporting coping mechanisms regarding bullying, social skills anxiety, and how to effectively manage angry feelings and emotions for robust wellbeing.
The training aims to improve front-line leadership skills in working effectively with professionals and pupils. For all professionals to learn the tools and techniques through a step-by-step supportive kit (with use of sustainable resources for group work and one to one) that provides solution strategies regarding work life pressure, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem and confidence.
This step by step, creative ‘Train the Trainer’ cascade programme will equip professionals in best practice participation, listening and reflective skills, allowing a holistic and supportive approach to building robust identity and wellbeing. This practical training workshop will provide numerous Lesson Plans and Resources in the form of icebreakers, movie clips, games, quizzes and role play.
By the end of the Brave the Rage Training, all participants will:
* Understand the definition, cause, cycle and effect of mental health and vulnerability in a modern-day world, with the use of sustainable resources to help provide direct work to meet the needs of the staff teams and pupils.
* Understand the importance of building relationships with professionals and pupils through best practice listening and questioning skills, being able to challenge negative behaviour and teaching top tips regarding the importance of relationships, respect and identity.
* Learn the importance and sustainability of the step-by-step “The 5 Steps to Success!” as an interactive and creative training programme with online audio-visual home support programmes, to complement remote learning, with additional sign posting and telephone support.
* Helping professionals to practice and disseminate all learnt tools and techniques for direct work, which in turn enable staff teams to provide the confidence to adopt healthy relationships, provide life skills for the future and help them to aspire to their dreams and goals.
* Improve assertive building tools and techniques, using the power of body language, leadership and presentation skills, through interactive and creative activities that engage, teach and communicate best practice with professionals and pupils.
* To raise pupils, professionals and parents with emotional resilience and robust confidence, by teaching the Brave the Rage Bully Defence Tools and Brave the Rage ‘Solutions to Stress & Anger’ techniques as sustainable life skills for the future.
